About the ACCT project

Assessing for Change in Chemical Thinking, which began in 2016, is a partnership between University researchers, Boston Public Schools teachers, and others interested parties from all over the world. We emphasize teachers’ formative assessment approaches in chemistry, with the goals of  building a grassroots, teacher-led professional development model for middle and high school chemistry teachers, and studying teachers’ use of chemistry formative assessments and classroom discourse during these activities.  Learn more about the people connected to the project below:
