Atomsmith - Great online modeling program.
Percent composition - Nice, quick demonstration that can be applied many different ways.
Density and Measuring - There are a million of these out there. This has been a winner with students.
Nomenclature - AACT activity that was adapted for the classroom. Kids responded well and it gets them active.
