ChemEd 2013 Conference

Sunday, July 28 to Thursday, August 1, 2013, the largest conference in North America focused on teaching high school and introductory chemistry will be hosted by the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON Canada.

  • typically over 200 sessions on different aspects of teaching chemistry
  • many hands-on workshops taking place in university lab facilities
  • highlights: “So You Think You Can Demo” contest, Oktoberfest, Mole Day Breakfast, Ice Cream Social, Mole Day Run, and Kid’s Camp

I hope to co-present with my JCE colleague, Greg Rushton. We will also be serving ice cream at the Monday night social.
