Assessing for Change in Chemical Thinking (ACCT) is an NSF-funded, research-practice partnership focused on fostering chemical thinking in middle school, high school, and undergraduate science classrooms using formative assessment strategies. ChemEd X has partnered with ACCT to disseminate the program materials, as it aligns with their mission of making digital chemistry teaching content and resources accessible.

This is a collection of Journal of Chemical Education articles that have been made open access through the ACS AuthorChoice Program. A payment by the author or another funding source was made to provide this open access.

Our sister publication, the Journal of Chemical Education (JCE) publishes activities suitable for use in the classroom. JCE Classroom Activities, formerly a regular feature in JCE, presented activities suited for the classroom as two pages—one page for the student doing the activity, one page for the teacher whose classroom is performing the activity.
