Even with a slightly larger cation, it may not be possible to get four anions in a plane in contact with the cation. Click the button on the right to start another animation. After the animation is complete, click the "Show Only Three Anions" button.

"rattles" around in the hole formed by four anions.

though the three anions do not touch, the structure is stable with only
