Entropy - 'Unmix' (from Dissolving and Mixing a Colored Liquid)
When a colored drop of liquid is stirred, its molecules are dispersed throughout the solution. The process is shown in reverse. Blue molecules in a partially mixed aqueous solution "reassemble" into drops of dye on the surface of the water. The situation shown is so highly improbable that we would not expect to observe it in nature.
