Adding colorless sodium chloride to dark yellow iron(III) nitrate results in no reaction, no precipitate and a dark yellow solution.
Solution A: 0.2 M sodium chloride (colorless)
Solution B: 0.2 M iron(III) nitrate (dark yellow)
Precipitate: none. Resulting solution: (dark yellow)
Fe(NO3)3(aq) + NaCl(aq) --> No Reaction
