potassium chromate and sodium nitrate
Adding yellow potassium chromate to colorless sodium nitrate results in no reaction, no precipitate and a yellow solution.
Solution A: 0.2 M potassium chromate (yellow)
Solution B: 0.2 M sodium nitrate (colorless)
Precipitate: none. Resulting solution: (yellow)
NaNO3(aq) + K2CrO4(aq) --> No Reaction
